ngtx is the successor of the merged packages nagios-fwb and sac-tools.
ngtx contains MonitoringFS, a FUSE-based Remote Monitoring Filesystem. MonitoringFS was formerly known as NagiosFS. It delivers monitoring values at a incredible fast speed, using UDP-Communication with knoerred. More information will follow soon.

The tarball contains precompiled binaries. Since 2012-02-16 kconfig is used for configuration. To compile from scratch just do
make distclean menuconfig all
